Our point of view
Every animal deserves to be recognised, protected, and valued.
Our Story
Royal Pet Registry was created from a simple idea: pet registration should be modern, secure, accessible and available to every type of pet worldwide.
RPR provides pet owners and breeders with a simple way to create permanent digital pet records, receive digital certificates and verify registrations using unique RPR IDs and QR codes.
Built for pets of all types, pedigree or non-pedigree, Royal Pet Registry is designed to make pet records clearer, more accessible and easier to verify.

Breeder membership
Two levels, with a clear difference
A registered profile gives breeders a place on RPR. RPR Verified is a higher level that adds an individual review of relevant breeder information and supporting evidence.
RPR Verified Breeder
A breeder who has completed RPR's additional verification process. Each applicable check is reviewed separately:
- Identity
- Email and contact details
- Country and address
- Breeder details
- Business registration, where applicable
- Breeding licence, where applicable
Pet registration fees are currently charged when a pet is registered. Registered Breeder is intended to be the standard-priced option, and RPR Verified the higher-priced option to reflect its additional checks. The exact fees, whether breeder-level pricing is separate from pet registration, and when breeders choose or apply for verification will be confirmed before those options are introduced.
